Terms of Service for Earn9ja

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Earn9ja mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Earn9ja is a task-earning platform that connects users with earning opportunities through sponsored tasks, advertisements, surveys, and other activities.

2. Eligibility

To use Earn9ja, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Nigeria
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must register with accurate information (name, email, phone number)
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person may only have one account

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To withdraw earnings, you must complete KYC verification:

• Government-issued ID (National ID, Driver’s License, International Passport)
• Bank Verification Number (BVN)
• Selfie verification
• Bank account details

3.3 Account Security

• Use a strong, unique password
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available
• Do not share your account with others
• Log out from shared devices

4. User Roles

4.1 Workers (Earners)

Users who complete tasks to earn money:

• Browse and complete available tasks
• Watch advertisements
• Participate in surveys and offers
• Refer friends
• Engage in gamification features

4.2 Sponsors (Task Creators)

Users or businesses who create tasks:

• Post tasks with clear requirements
• Fund tasks through escrow
• Review and approve/reject submissions
• Maintain professional conduct

5. Earning Money

5.1 Task Completion

• Complete tasks according to sponsor requirements
• Provide proof of completion (screenshots, links, etc.)
• Submit work within the specified timeframe
• Follow all task guidelines

5.2 Task Approval

• Sponsors have 48-72 hours to review submissions
• Approved tasks credit earnings to your wallet
• Rejected tasks may be appealed within 24 hours
• Fraudulent submissions result in account suspension

5.3 Advertising Revenue

• Watch video ads to earn rewards
• Complete offer wall tasks from partners (CPAGrip, AdGem, OGAds, BitLabs)
• Earnings credited after verification by advertising partners

5.4 Referral Program

• Earn commissions when referred users complete tasks
• Referral bonuses credited according to program terms
• Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, bots) are prohibited

5.5 Gamification

• Daily bonuses, spin wheel, challenges, and achievements
• Rewards are subject to availability and may change
• Abuse of gamification features results in penalties

6. Withdrawals and Payments

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₦1,000
• KYC verification required before first withdrawal

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

• Bank transfer (Nigerian banks)
• Mobile money (where available)
• Processing time: 1-3 business days

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

• Standard fee: ₦50 per withdrawal
• Fees may vary based on payment method

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

• Daily limit: ₦50,000
• Monthly limit: ₦500,000
• Limits may be adjusted based on account verification level

7. Task Creation (For Sponsors)

7.1 Creating Tasks

• Provide clear, detailed task requirements
• Set fair compensation for work required
• Fund tasks through escrow before posting
• Specify submission deadline and approval criteria

7.2 Escrow System

• Funds are held in escrow until task completion
• Approved tasks release funds to workers
• Rejected tasks return funds to escrow
• Disputed tasks are reviewed by admin

7.3 Task Review

• Review submissions within 48-72 hours
• Provide clear rejection reasons
• Maintain professional communication
• Resolve disputes fairly

7.4 Prohibited Tasks

Tasks must NOT:

• Violate Nigerian laws or regulations
• Promote illegal activities
• Contain adult/explicit content
• Involve fraud, scams, or deception
• Require personal information sharing
• Violate third-party rights or terms of service

8. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Create multiple accounts
• Use bots, scripts, or automation
• Submit fraudulent task completions
• Manipulate referral systems
• Engage in money laundering
• Harass or abuse other users
• Reverse engineer the App
• Attempt to hack or breach security
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in any illegal activities

9. Fees and Charges

9.1 Platform Fees

• Task creation fee: 5% of task value
• Withdrawal fee: ₦50 per transaction
• Premium features: As advertised in-app

9.2 Payment Processing

• Third-party payment processor fees may apply
• Currency conversion fees (if applicable)

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our Rights

• Earn9ja name, logo, and branding are our property
• App design, code, and features are protected
• Content we create remains our property

10.2 Your Content

• You retain rights to content you submit
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You represent that you have rights to content you submit

10.3 Copyright Infringement

• We respect intellectual property rights

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

11.1 Service Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime
• We are not liable for service interruptions

11.2 Earnings Disclaimer

• Earnings vary based on effort, availability, and market conditions
• We do not guarantee specific income levels
• Past performance does not indicate future results

11.3 Third-Party Services

• We integrate with third-party services (payment processors, ad networks)
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures
• Third-party terms and policies apply

11.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for losses due to your violation of these Terms

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Earn9ja, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your fraudulent or illegal activities

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Internal Resolution

13.2 Arbitration

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Nigeria
• Arbitration conducted under Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria
• Jurisdiction: Federal High Court of Nigeria

14. Account Suspension and Termination

14.1 We May Suspend/Terminate If:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activities
• You abuse the platform or other users
• Required by law or legal process
• At our discretion for any reason

14.2 Effect of Termination

• Access to the App is revoked
• Pending earnings may be forfeited (if termination is for cause)
• Approved earnings will be paid out (minus any fees/penalties)
• You must cease using the App

14.3 You May Terminate

• Delete your account at any time through app settings
• Withdraw remaining balance before deletion
• Some data retained for legal/compliance purposes

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via:

• In-app notification
• Email notification
• Prominent notice in the App

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Earn9ja.

16.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them without notice.

16.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control.
